The past few days have been a struggle and I really wish that the days were longer so I could fit everything in. I think I've come to a point where I need to be a little selfish and put my foot down on a time to leave work so I have time to focus on myself and my health.
I'm still recovering from the fall I took on Valentine's day but I think I can manage to walk at least a half hour on the treadmill without too much pain and I can do upper body weights. I just can't do anything such as squats because it will open up the wound that is still trying to heal on my knee - such a pain! Literally! lol
"Dieting" (more like changing my lifestyle into a healthy one) is the hardest thing I've had to do thus far. I keep trying and I keep failing. But I've never given up on myself. Even if it takes me the next decade, I won't accept defeat.
