Breakfast: 2 slices sourdough toast,2 hardboiled eggs, steelcut oats with honey and raisins.
Back on the bike and going for another 10 mile ride in the comfort of my bedroom.
Went crazy. Rode the exercycle for 20.49 miles in 107 minutes and thirty seconds and burning up 752 calories.Really feel great, just a little tired. Yesterday I did 10 miles. Tomorrow will be a rest day and I am thinking of seeing if my girlfriend would like to ride up to Joshua Tree National Park with me.
