Had a bad weekend. I didn't eat a whole lot but I didn't eat the right foods either. My 2lb weight loss I do believe was water weight as its back on again. My youngest son was very sick over the weekend and in my worry and pain filled state I just didn't think about what I was eating. It's all on me though and I recognize what I did, which I am glad for. I will overcome. Heading out to another chiropractor appt but since I am feeling no so hot myself (my pain pills are making me dizzy) I KNOW I won't be tempted by any of the food places on my return. My tummy just doesn't even feel like it could keep solid foods down. I hope you all have a wonderful day and don't give up.

Sometimes weight "gain" is also water weight. Take heart, and I hope the pain is alleviated soon.
