Did some checking. The last time I was at 180 pounds was on October 8, 2015.
Since then I have pretty much been in the range of 175 to 168. So that seems to be where this thing has ended up. This is despite several buffet "blowouts."
Breakfast was 2 slices of sourdough toast, 2 hardboiled eggs which are not in the photo and a couple servings of steelcut oats with honey and raisins.
Taking a break from the exercise bike today. Changed my mind, rode for 45 minutes, 8.42 miles and burned 309 calories.
