yesterday was the dentist. all is good only 2 cavities and I am so grateful for my benefits. then it was walking in the warm weather. sun, cloud, sun, cloud but still absolutely beautiful. :) after a visit with mom, shopping was on the list. so more walking. :) once at home it was nibble on this and nibble on that. oops... not so good, however hubby came home then him and I went shopping again. once again more walking, that part was good. unfortunately they had ice cream on sale at the store. well let's put it this way between the 2 of us the tub is no longer. another oops. I still need to input all my nibbles, the amounts will not be exact as I guessed at them anyways. also I don't know how accurate the walking and shopping times will be either, but it will be a ball park figure.
today I will try to be good.. the operative word is TRY...
