today's excitement is going to the dentist. yeah me. my challenges this weekend will be to get in some extra exercise and to not do battle with the munchie monster. the exercise should be a little easier to accomplish as the weather is suppose to be nice for walking. we shall see how it all unfolds. hope everyone has a great Saturday. if your fortunate enough to also have nice weather, try to go out and enjoy it. this dose of mini spring maybe just what the doctor ordered :) :)
