I stepped on the scale 3 times just to make sure this number was not a fluke. much to my delight it was not. this surprises me even more considering the lack of activity yesterday as I had the day off sick from work. at first I had thought it was the excessive salt that was causing my joints to ache but apparently it was some sort of bug. :( today however I am finally feeling more like myself. happy Friday everyone. cheers to traveling the road to healthiness.
