You know, I can't think of a time when losing weight was ever this easy. It literally feels like I'm not giving anything up or making much of an effort. Apparently keto was the right "diet" for my body. Even though I've had several cheat days I'm still down almost 40lbs in 3 months with no exercise and no real change in my calorie intake.
