fell victim to the munchie monster last night. his weapon of choice was chips. hopefully I will find a way to slay this beast.

It happens! Be strong :) Sometimes I force myself to take a chamomille with some stevia instead....it helps, it is sweet and good in the evening :) Have a great day!

The munchie monster has always been my #1 enemy. It seems to have more strength in the winter. However everything in moderation is the key to lure it into battle. Lol.
