did 10,000 steps today and had more veges and 2lts of water. Now we're getting into spring soon the weather isn't so cold to now start getting up and going for walks.
also joining back at a gym this week, not that keen to but routine is so important 👌
67 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
