體重53.3,➕️1.3kg
體脂27.9,➖️1.4%
這週一~四都在加班,沒空去健身房,吃的也比較隨便(有一餐麥當勞&公司零食吃很多),其實無法運動時更要管住嘴巴。
體脂降很多🎉,體重增加應為肌肉增加,不用太在意,下週再一鼓作氣瘦回來!!!💪
⚠️早餐多吃隔夜燕麥、茶葉蛋,少吃三明治、麵包
53.3 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
