Started out the day with eggs,bacon and chayote.


Exercise bike results:
30 minutes,5.6 miles,205 calories burned.

Dinner was 3pieces broiled chicken with a broiled onion, potatoes were not done so no papas, couple slices of sourdough toast with butter, handful of walnut pieces.
