Finally, I am below the red line!! That was my original start weight back in July. Then, I got side tracked two different times, but now I've lost 5 pounds in just over one month. Wooooo Hooooo! Also just jogged 3.25 miles to prepare for the 5K in one week. Man I hope the weather is OK... Please, please, please!
