On Day 22 of 28 of 28 Days Fast Start but decided to weigh in since joining 22:2 Fasting Challenge starting today. From what I've been reading IF can be slow for weight loss. Still willing to give it a go.
78.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 14.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week

I’ll be interested in how it goes. I tried 5/2 but couldn’t stick with it. I’ve been doing 8/16 for quite a while now. It definitely keeps me from gaining, but I’ve been unsuccessful in dropping my calorie count below what I’m burning. Good luck with it!
