For me, it's better to make a goal that has pleasure attached to it rather than one that doesn't. So the goal for me is to eat healthy but keep it tasty in lieu of just burning out on meals I really don't care for.
Yesterday, we bought ourselves a Valentine's Day present: A hot air fryer.
We had to day off together, so we learned a little about alkaline eating recipe ideas while we used the juicer today! We made a drink with celery, cucumber, lime and ginger and my husband really LIKED IT!!!!!
