So true to my word I had my 1 cup of Special K and my unsweetened Almond milk for breakfast. I won't go off on spectacular reviews. But I will say it hit the spot. I'm not a heavy breakfast eater and I found it was just enough. I haven't got my protein powder which I am suppose to eat with yet so I plan on having a couple plain scramnble eggs after my run. Breakfast is suppose to look like this for me:
1/2 cup of oatmeal: Swapped for Special K 1/2 scoop of protein powder: Swapped for 2 scrambled eggs 1 tbsp. peanut butter: (Left my yolks in my eggs)
Happily satisfied as long as I'm not getting hives from the almond milk lol. As I'm writing this I'm getting a little itchy. Curses - If I weigh in tomorrow I guess I lived to tell the tale...
Anddddd now I'm sneezing. Lol off to go for my run.
Oh I forgot I am now committing to 2 liters of water a day - that's only water - teas and other liquids don't count.
Think it will change the way I feel - DRY
