the weekend is over. I totally screwed up everything. fell very deeply into a bad slump, there is no real excuse but in my mind there was. first on Saturday it was the fifth anniversary of someone who was very special in my life passing. follow that by the dreaded valentines day and it was just a recipe for diet disaster. the laziness and I don't care reigned supreme. I did not record anything, ate whatever I felt like and sat around way too much. put it all together and today I feel horrible. BUT today is a new day, i'm off work for family day. so that means I can work at getting myself back on track for the week to come. I'm still not 100%, but with each day I will try to make it better then the day before. "breath in breath out"... learn to crawl before you walk etc.
