So I have been on my new eating plan for two weeks. I am doing ok. Keeping it at 1800 t0 2300 hundred calories. I have had a few minor set backs. The other day I had wendies late night, But overall I am doing good, I have lost about 10 pounds and 2 inches from my gut. So I am doing ok. I plan to start BJJ three nights a week in march. Then I plan to start two a day works out then a 20 week half marathon course, well I am off to dinner,
