I'm very happy to say that I hit my 2nd weight goal! Starting point January 1, 2022 250lbs.
January 1, 2023 190
(2023 I was in the hospital for a month and have had several strokes, so I lost some progress, but I LIVED!)
January 1, 2024 200 lbs
August 12, 2024 159 lbs!
