RobHendershot's Journal, 08 Aug 24

Labs came back in from last weeks follow up on the Hashimoto’s disease; with the help of meds; thyroid level went from 5.4 to 2.5 in 7 weeks. Dr was pleased and I told her that it wasn’t just meds that helped drop the numbers; it was watching what I ate and portion control plus medication that caused the better number. So to all those that commented and supported me during that time; y’all are greatly appreciated.

That’s great to hear, congrats! Have you heard of Neisha Berry on YouTube? She talks about how she’s put her hashimoto’s disease into remission with her woe etc.

Zucchini is really quite versatile. I make zucchini chips, biscuits, chocolate cake, fries with a yogurt sauce. Just GOOGLE zucchini recipes and you should find some great suggestions

@Diana 1234; I take other pills on a daily basis; most of which is for blood pressure issues. Hope to be off some of them by October when I go in for a checkup. I see the other Dr in September and get another blood work up

Kudos to you! That's a great report and I need to take a page from your book on "self care"...I see my cardiologist October 8th....so need to apply some efforts to get my BP down and the angina eased up.
