Yesterday morning I was at 171 2/10 lbs.
Then I went to the casino and briefly visited the buffet.
No exercise yesterday.
This morning, brunch was two fried pork chops plus spinach and calabasas. Also two
slices of whole wheat toast washed down with coffee.
Rode the exercycle 30 minutes going 5.78 miles while burning 212 calories.

Got 40% of the ebook reformatted and hope the rest will be finished by next week. Only problem so far is photos are failing to display, that is it.
