I feel like I'm doing the "right" things. Tracking, moving my body more ( biking and walking). Still gaining or staying the same. Trying to be kind and acknowledge how my body carries me. I don't want to be so invested in a number but cultural messages are strong! I'm 5'11 and 187. I am in menopause. My body carried me on a 12 day, 102 mile hike in The Cotswolds in May. I am thankful for this. I will find grace for myself ❤️
