I have absolutely no get up and go today. yesterday was a bad day for me. I was literally fighting myself all day. grim reality is that I need to go to the doctor and have my meds adjusted/changed. not liking this idea at all because most of them cause weight gain which causes me to fall into a deeper slump/ depression. A never ending battle really. :( maybe if I'm lucky the day will get better, if not today then there is always tomorrow.
