Yayyyyyyyy! I made it to 145! Very happy! I've got to keep going, because it's very easy to gain the weight back. Made a big pot of mashed potatoes for the low-fiber diet I have to be on this week. Today, I have to stop my herbs so we'll see how the pain is without herbal supplements this week. I'll just have to rest more and be careful not to twist myself into odd positions. Got the white grape juice for the clear liquid diet coming up on Thursday. I can do this as I sit here with black coffee! Thankful I can still have that fried egg and toast. :)
