So I told you about a new "weight loss diet", that I purchased, which was over a hundred bucks, called "The Cruise Control Diet", by James Ward. In looking at materials and video, I am very impressed with the scientific, cutting edge information it professes, and is based on. Very well organized, and I believe well worth the money. I definitely have all the resources now. I guess it is all up to me. I will post little facts it professes each day, and let you know how I do.
