Rode 31 minutes for 5.6 miles burning 205 calories on the exercycle.
Dinner as usual on a work night was Mexican fast food, in this case a quesadilla along with a bean-cheese cup from Del Taco.
May have solved my e-book situation also. After yanking it off Amazon for the duration of the exclusive period, I started looking into alternative formatting options and discovered a site called leanpub that you feed plain text into along with your photos etc and out will come your ebook in live preview as it will look on kindle etc. The service is free, you do not have to publish with them and if you do, they do not care if you publish it elsewhere at the same time. Just some info for you in case you decide to write an ebook about your diet experiences!
