Starting to get convinced that 171 pounds is my natural weight. Despite some pretty big meals, I have been at this weight for 4 straight days.

Here is breakfast: 4 fried eggs, grits, bacon and 2 slices whole wheat toast.

Rode 31 minutes for 5.6 miles burning 205 calories on the exercycle.

Dinner as usual on a work night was Mexican fast food, in this case a quesadilla along with a bean-cheese cup from Del Taco.

May have solved my e-book situation also. After yanking it off Amazon for the duration of the exclusive period, I started looking into alternative formatting options and discovered a site called leanpub that you feed plain text into along with your photos etc and out will come your ebook in live preview as it will look on kindle etc. The service is free, you do not have to publish with them and if you do, they do not care if you publish it elsewhere at the same time. Just some info for you in case you decide to write an ebook about your diet experiences!

If you cut that meal pictured above in half (and actually, skipped the bread entirely), I think you'd find that 171 lbs. is not your natural weight. I do not know how tall you are, but this an awfully large meal (unless you are 6'2" or a marathon runner). Still, if the doctor thinks you are perfect inside & out, then you're cleared, and cheers!

I have to agree: that is an enormous meal! 2 eggs and 1 slice of whole wheat would be enough.

Sonnymac has lost quite a bit of weight and is happy at the weight he is at this time. why are people criticizing him? IF it works for him, it is his choice. Different thongs work for different people.
