Good grief!! On the bright side, I haven't smoked in nearly 5 months and have restarted by walking program and logging my food, both of which are so important in keeping the weight off.
78.5 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I picked up some poundage when I quit smoking too. Occupying my hands and mouth were calories instead of nicotine. Slow and steady will get you there though!
