Been a great week. Worked extra hard in the gym. Over the past few weeks I increased my time on the Step-Climber from 10 mins / 35 flights to 45 mins / 135 flights. A great workout if you want to sweat.
I think a glass of red wine this evening will be just fine. Have a great Super Bowl weekend everyone.
