Well eating more was not the answer. Yesterday, due to a field trip to watch my great granddaughter perform with her high school dancing group, I did not eat much all day. This morning I had dropped pounds.(I weigh every day) So that being said, yesterday I only ate protein and almost no carbs. Maybe my body is whispering to me.
