happy hump day. so here we are the middle of the week. I've been trying really hard to not fill my face at night after work. but I may have figured out the trigger. my lovely hubby is a night time eater, he has no problem with his weight. when I see him munching away it's like a silent sign that I should be able to do this too. unfortunately it does not work this way. on the upside I now know to grab something to drink when he grabs food. maybe, just maybe this will help that good old snarly scale.
