Feeling a little discouraged this morning but knowing the problem. I'm back on track today. Changes to my routine is a must.

Yes sometimes it can be slowly, and definitely not easy doing. Just must be done.

Thank you! I'm now just going with the flow.. Exercise 😭 is a must and my weakness 😔 right now. I've got the eating right on point. Now it's the umph to get up and exercise.
