I could see today in the changing room how much weight I've lost. size 10 no stretch jeans fits well and I can breathe hehe.. it's about 10kgs over 19 weeks average of 0.5 per week so it's taken time but people are noticing now and they think it's quick.. nope its a process of little bit of moderation and better habits on most days over a long period and results are starting to show once you lose a certain amount. yesterday I went way over calorie budget (like 1000 cals over.. yes I did that) but today I'll just carry on and that's ok. 80% good most of the time is sustainable for me. I know it's time to start regular training.. but... its cold so lets see next week! 🤪

It's weird how everyone thinks it happened all of a sudden. In the months before hand you just want a bit of recognition that what you're doing is actually working. But it's a nice boost when you get the affirmation. For me this last 10kg is a bigger struggle. it's as if it's sticking. My height also definitely isn't helping. But you're doing awesome! 🌷

Thank you! Good luck with your last few - the less you have to lose the longer it takes but just keep doing what you doing because it's working! 💕
