I'm so glad that I have lost MORE THAN 5 POUNDS so far without much pain. Plus, the new challenge has already begun, and now I've got to DRINK MORE WATER than coffee. Quitting caffeine is hard but I can surely manage; after all, it is not like climbing Everest.
99.7 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 34.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
