Not quite sure why I'm over 3 lb more than yesterday, as I've weighed around 13-7 every single one of the last 7 days - on two different sets of scales...
... but Wednesday is weigh-in day and I'm nothing if not honest. The main thing is not to go, 'Oh, f*ck it, this diet's not working, I'm never going to be slim, I might as well get blind drunk and eat my own body-weight in cheesecake...'
Not before 7 in the morning, anyway...
No, luckily, I'm still terrified of the consequences of failure... have a successful slimming week, y'all! xx
