Annual declarations.
The tax forms are all completed and submitted, time to pay my dues. Well, no, actually, I made a financial loss. That's ok, happy with that. I don't owe anyone anything, I used saved surplus.
Looking back to the spreadsheet I started on 5th January 2015 and I see the same result here. Another loss. Not as many in pounds (lol), but more than enough for satisfaction. 82.6kg - 69.7kg= 12.9 kilos lost in the year.
That's two stones... happy with that.
I use metric as that way it's just numbers for me, I don't have any psychological (HOW MUCH???) head screw ups I would with using stones. 12.9 kilos is also just a number, I can't relate to it without exchanging it for lbs and stones.
HOW MUCH??? TWO stones?
