I just glanced your food entry and notice you are consuming a lot of fat and processed foods. Consider going off the dairy and sugar for the next 30 days. I also noticed that you had no fresh fruits in your entry. Love that you had collards s this is an excellent green leafy vegetable. How about adding more fresh vegetables to your daily intake. You can create a veggie omelet in the morning instead of the scones. A little change in food consumption can make a big difference on the weight scale.
