Finally - I feel like I am in a good place to get this going again. I am not happy about my starts / stops but this is my path. I already got a nice walk in with my son and dog. I have meal prepped for the week. Most of my work big projects are done and my boss is on vacation. I had been working 50-60 hour weeks for 4 months so I am very happy to have time back again. My biggest fail is time and not giving it to myself for myself. So it is time to change that.
97.2 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 35.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
