Back after a while! I’ve gained 8kg weight after pregnancy and now I’m desperate to get in shape. My cholesterol is high. My sleep is disturbed. My mood is bitter. My body is tired. I have no particular routine with my 7 month old. Gaining weight everyday. But now I stop. I want the old me back…so the journey begins.
66 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 14 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That’s normal Cyano, my wife had same struggles please don’t beat yourself up. I know it’s hard but have some patience and be on track you will be fine. Welcome to healthy journey 😇

Once your little one regularly sleeps through the night, a lot of things will get easier; including your weight loss. Stress and lack of sleep make our bodies resist weight loss. Something to do with cortisol levels I think. Hang in there. Easier days are just around the corner. 💕
