Can you tell I've been MIA for a while. I've been watching what I ate but not recording it. I haven't been working out - hardly at all. I've been maintaining. My problem was a buch of big events, lack of motivation, but I've proved that I can maintain. Now I just need to lose the last 45 lbs and I'll be where I can maintain for the rest of my life. I begin my rigourous weight loss regimen again! Waa hoo!
