I've taken June mostly off from tracking and just been doing what feels good. I'll be starting back up in July to hit new goals now that I'm where I want to be on the scale. I've maintained through the month between 147 and 149 so today is a little light for me. Excited to hit new goals that are less focused on the little scale in my bathroom!
