Holy crap what I week. My birthday was Thursday, my party was last night. I chose not to count calories, but I knew I banked a bunch of extra calories so I managed to eat and drink and enjoy relatively guilt-free.
But back on the regular wagon today. I'll get back into the more intense stuff tomorrow, I'll do some nice long yoga today to work through my slight hangover, but otherwise, it was a good birthday. ^_^
