Great Holiday weekend. Fun exercise, some extravagant eats, but well balanced. Had some baby back ribs and tonight, as is our labor day tradition. Kept my portions well in check and balances with home grown veggies (garden FINALLY putting out!!!) Took a nice run while wifey, son and mom in law rode there bikes after dinner. Gonna chow my skinny cow, read a good zombie novel and hit the rack! Peace out buddies!
