Resep rice bowl meatball balado
- 4 tbs beras porang
Sayur
- 75 gr brokoli
- 55 gr wortel
*sayuran direbus pake garam himalaya
Meatball
- 100 gr beef cincang tanpa lemak
- 1 siung bawang putih (dihaluskan)
- 1 tsp kecap manis diet
- garam himalaya secukupnya
- kaldu jamur secukupnya
*semua diaduk lalu dibentuk bulat, rebus sampe matang
Saus
- 1 tbs saus tomat diet
- 1 tbs saus sambal diet
- cabe (opsional)
- garam himalaya secukupnya
- kaldu jamur secukupnya
*campur semua saus lalu ditambahkan air secukupnya masak bersama meatball yang sudah matang
