Fell off the wagon it appears with the weight going up bigtime!

Yesterday after that big brunch, I ended up having a banana and peanut butter sandwich along with a bean-and-cheese cup for my dinner break at work. Then I finagled a chance to get off early and went home. My girlfriend wanted to kill off the leftover spaghetti and refried beans and I did. Even though I really wasn't hungry. It tasted really good.

So today, I am behind the 8 ball so to speak.

Edit: Today's brunch was chicken breasts, chayote, calabasas and fried plantain. Yummy!


More info about my hike Wednesday. It was 4.03 miles with some steep up and downhill grades, especially going down the side of the ridge. Off I-10 near where it runs into Hwy 111, the last ridge before the exit prior to 111 is where you get off, turn right, go about a quarter mile and park on the left side of the frontage road by the first big sign that comes up. Get out and cross the railroad tracks and walk toward that nearest ridgeline to left of the closest windmills. Look for road at base of ridge riding switchback up.



Did 28 minutes on the exercycle going 5.63 miles and burning 206 calories.
