back to work yesterday it was painful but survived. :)
I have been doing some thinking and have found that when I only have veg and a meat alternative for dinner ( I'm a vegetarian, and we only have a 1/2 for lunch) that my stomach behaves alot better. so I now believe my new approach to this weight loss journey will be what makes my tummy happy, without making it want to increase in size. it's a game really, and like they say slow and steady wins the race. like any good athlete the training never ends even though the competition has. ( just one of my analogies)
