how did you fry it? oil or something else ? look delicious btw

hi.. I used a hint of ghee just enough to barely coat the pan with it and a spoon full of coriander green chutney my mom makes into the pan after adding the panner cubes . you don't actually have to fry them . Allow them to sit on the pan and toss a bit and they'll be crispy in sometime... And yes they were delicious 😋
