Major inflammation and saw the dr. He’s changing a med so I’m hopeful that will help. Still eating well and on track with calories. Love you all💜🌈

85.7 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg. Still to go: 13.2 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
