Hubbie and I to Mr. McD's this morning.Searched and searched to enter my wrap Kale and Feta More-Ning. No such entry So printed off info on wrap for reference:
Calories =400 Carbs = 37 Fat= 19g Sodium = 840 mg Protein = 21g If anyone knows how to plug these values in for today, that would be grand. It would be even grander if you could share that knowledge with moi. I tried a cook book entry...but nope.
Thanks in advance. Plan B: call this a one off and just don't bother doing it again!!!!

Search for the food again. When it's not there, go to the bottom of the potential matches window and click on the link to "Add new food." Then you can enter all of the relevant details, which will be saved in the database for the next person who searches for that food.

It is very possible to do it with the cookbook. I do it all the time. Then when you log your food for the meal, just select it from your cookbook. I will say that I can only do it like that on my PC, not the Android app.
