back on the ship where things are much harder to take control...I have not control over what my food choices are, but I am trying to make good choices with what I have to work with. I think I may have actually lost weight, but trying to weigh yourself on a moving ship is not the most ideal situation. Will try to get another weigh in next week while we are in port.
