at first i started losing very fast like 1 kg after 2-3 days of deficit but now its going down very slow..what to do?

in the initial stages of weight loss, weight drops faster as most of it will be water weight, later it slows down and it's completely fine. Just focus on your goal and maintain a good calorie deficit. ideal weight loss would be 500-700gm a week which makes around 2kg per month. This process takes time but don't loose hope and be consistent, you'll see the results automatically.
